In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information: 1. The Company is seeking the voluntary suspension pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to the outcome of the interim analysis for its PARA_OA_012 Phase 3 trial (IA Results). The voluntary suspension is requested to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations pending release of that announcement. 2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the announcement regarding the IA Results is released to the market, or commencement of trading on Monday 28th September subject to ASX’s agreement to reinstatement of the Company’s securities to quotation. 3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
