The Administrators confirm that the Supreme Court of Western Australia has approved a three (3) month extension of the convening period for the second meeting of creditors until 27 January 2027. Further details on the application for extension are covered in the ASX announcement of 23 October 2026, and the relevant Court Order is available on the FTI Consulting website at: https://www.fticonsulting.com/creditors/paradigm-biopharmaceuticals-limited- administrators-appointed. The Court granted extension has the effect that the second meeting of creditors must be held within 5 business days after the end of the convening period (i.e. 27 January 2027) (“Second Meeting”), and that the Voluntary Administrators’ Report to Creditors (VA Report) must be issued on or before 27 January 2027. The Administrators retain the option to call the second meeting earlier and anticipate that the material outstanding matters can be addressed well within this period.
