For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information: 1. The Company is seeking continuation of the voluntary suspension pending the release of a further announcement regarding its review of the interim analysis data from its Phase 3 clinical trial and the assessment of the resulting operational and financial implications for the Company, including ongoing discussions with Obsidian Global GP, LLC. Additional time is required to progress these matters and prepare a further market update. The continued suspension is requested to prevent trading in an uninformed market. 2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. The Company anticipates releasing an announcement updating on the matters outlined above by that time. The Company will provide a further update if the anticipated timing changes. 3.
